Textile Machinery expo held at Panipat attracted thousands of visitors and eminent personalities from textile industry

One of a kind, Home Textile Machinery Expo 2018 was held in Panipat from 16th-18th March. The venue was of New Anaj Mandi. It was the eighth edition of this expo, but received an overwhelming response from both the exhibitors and the visitors.

This remarkable event was organized by Mr. Rajesh Sinha Founder and Director of Essential Events and Trade Fairs, Mumbai, having 30+ experience in the field of Event management . The expo was inaugurated by Mrs. Sumedha Kataria, IAS, Dy Commissioner of Panipat and Sardar Pritam Singh Sachdeva, President of Haryana Chamber of commerce and Industries. Other eminent personalities that were present during the inauguration event were- Mr. Brijesh Garg, MD, Shrutex International and Mr. Raman Malhotra from Nrinder International. During a press brief Mrs. Sumedha Kataria said, “The government would provide its complete support to the industrialists of Panipat. Any businessman can directly come to our office if they have valid demands.”

Exhibitors from India and its neighboring countries participated in the expo.

More than 3200 companies’ representatives took the demo of the textile machineries that were displayed. Several orders were also placed on the spot, giving the exhibitors both popularity and profit they were expecting. Industrialists from different cities of India like- Ahmedabad, Surat, Karnal, Delhi, Mumbai,  Chandigargh, Yamunanagar, etc. attended the expo.

‘Air Color Machine’ from Ahmedabad was one of the main center of attraction textile machinery. Visitors were even introduced to many new technologies related to the textile industry.

‘The main motive of this expo is to promote, develop the latest technology for Panipat textile industries and the organizer is doing it every year since 2012

He continued, ‘Panipat is world-renowned for its textile industries. In order to strengthen its position in the international market it’s important to introduce companies to new and latest technologies which we have been doing it successfully through this expo’.

Several visitors were quoted, that they saw  Digital printing machines for the first time ’ in this expo. Before the workers used to print fabrics manually, now digital printing would save both their time and resources.

The second day of the expo was marked by the presence of Mr. Ved Chugh Managing Director Golden International Panipat, Sri Govind Jain Chairman Panipat Solar Association along with delegates from Panipat handloom association, Panipat carpet manufacturers association and Panipat yarn dealer association.

On the third and final day of the event, Mr. Wong came from China directly to visit and launch new machineries for Blanket procession.​

Mr. Rajesh Kumar of Narinder International, Ludhiana said- “We have now been a regular exhibitor at Home Tex Expo over the years. Mr.Brijesh Garg of Shrutex Overseas, Panipat said- “"Hometex Tech expo is a very good platform for B2B business undertakings. It gave us the chance to meet with our prospective customers as well as our present customers. We found each and every eminent company or industry-related people in this expo.”

Mr. Budhiaraja of NIF industries Ludhiana quoted, “The entire exhibition of Panipat was very well-organized and nicely designed. We got enough stall space to showcase our products. I would like to thank Mr. Rajesh Sinha to give us an opportunity to interact with other industry-led people in Panipat.”

Mr. Shakti Motwani of Meera Industries Ltd, Surat said, “First time we participated in   HomeTex teck expo     This is a really good show. This event is  extremely lucrative for our business.”

 Mr. Vipin Malik of Ansul Automation Panipat shared his thoughts with us, “We are extremely excited to have such event in our city. Panipat being a hub for textile industry has many takers of our products. People from different cities  have participated in the event. Hence we got to know a lot about the most trending machineries in textile industry. Really an informative event.”

Mr. Mohammad bhai of National Textile engineering, Surat said, - “For us this show was a successful one. We really established good contacts here and even got new customers here! Panipat market is very important for textile industry and organizing such an event here has done well to our business.”

Mr. Yogesh Singhla of Neelkanth International Panipat said- “Mr. Rajesh Sinha is a master when it comes to professionally organize such a huge event with perfection. According to us this exhibition would certainly become a landmark after some time. We congratulate the entire team of HomeTex expo for such a brilliant show-up.”

Mr. Amarjeet Singh of B.K. International, Ludhiana said, "We have participated for the 7th time in this exhibition and we had very good enquiries all together. India is an important market with a great deal of potential, so it's a commitment for us to be here. We had more professional visitors here in this exhibition. Overall a very good business experience.”

There were several repeat companies and many new companies that participated and wish to come back again next year.

Mr. Kapil Wadhwa of Veekay  Enterprises, New Delhi- “Hometex Tech expo has evolved into a high-end trade fair that has justified itself more than we anticipated. Visitors were present at this year’s fair and number of small and medium-sized enterprises has increased considerably. The event has once again proved that the brand is a driving force for users of textile machinery and has set higher standards for the Indian market.”

Mr. Mukesh Sharma of Tanya International, New Delhi shared his views about the event, “Hometex Tech expo showed positive interests of existing customers but also gave us the opportunity to meet and discuss with new potential customers.”
